City Clerk's Office

The City Clerk's office is responsible for codifying all Ordinances into the Municipal Code; publishing required legal notices and meeting notices in compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act; and overseeing the City Council's agenda, and meeting minutes for all business meetings.

Public Comment

Public comment can be made virtually, written, or in person.

Written: Submit public comment to be included in the meeting record on the Public Comment Submission Form. 

Virtual: Attend virtually via computer or tablet at Join Meeting | Zoom, enter the  Webinar ID listed on the corresponding agenda. When public comment is called you can use the “raise hand” function. You will be called by name and will be unmuted. You will also need to unmute from your end. You will have a three-minute time limit for public comment (5 minutes for Planning Commission). 

In-Person: At the beginning of the meeting, you will sign in on the Public Comment sign-in sheet (Agenda Items and/or General Items). When your name is called you will approach the podium and state your name and relationship to the City. You will have a three-minute time limit for public comment (5 minutes for Planning Commission)
