Sims Way Banners

The City of Port Townsend allows banners to be hung up along Sims Way from March to October. This location can be seen by many visitors and residents coming in and out of the downtown area. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to Reserve
Read the City's banner policy to ensure your banner fits within our policy guidelines, then submit your application in person or over the phone starting the first business day in January.

Payment
At this time the City only accepts checks for payment for the Sims banner permit. Payment must be received within 10 business days of submitting your permit application or your reservation will be canceled.
