Utility Engineering On-Call Services
The City of Port Townsend is requesting statement of qualifications from consultants to provide
professional services for on-call support for engineering services associated with operations and
design of the City’s utility systems. Task assignments may include, but are not limited to, the
following types of work: water, sewer, and stormwater system analysis support; small project design
and specification development; developer plan review; development of engineering standards;
project quality assurance and quality control reviews; grant applications support; review of a
submittals from development projects or for city projects.
Submittal should include the following information: firm name, phone and email contact; name of
City contact; experience in requested services. Submittal is to be a short, 15 page limit statement of
qualifications sent by 5:00 PM May 3, 2023 via email to frontdesk@cityofpt.us. Subject line should
include: SOQ On Call Utility Systems. Attn: Sarah Tiffany
