The City of Port Townsend is requesting proposals for the occupancy of the stand-alone portable formerly occupied by Radio Station KPTZ at 1919 Blaine Street, Port Townsend, 98368.

INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDELINES

Bid proposals will be received for the occupancy of the stand-alone portable formerly occupied by KPTZ at 1919 Blaine Street, Port Townsend, 98368, with a deadline of September 27, 2024 by 3:00 PM.

• All bid proposals are based on the specifications included in the packet.
• City of Port Townsend will award the selection based on the guidelines below for occupancy in November 2024.

Overview:

1. Bid proposals must be received by September 27, 2024 by 3:00 PM to be considered.
2. A site tour will be given on September 18^th at 1:00 pm. Please let us know if you will be in attendance: chite@cityofpt.us.
3. The occupancy for Port Townsend Mountain View Commons must match the instructions and guidelines in this bid.
